Chinese headphones have become prestigious – now it’s easy to prove it on the example of the flagship Cadenza 12 in-ear monitors from Letshuoer. The novelty uses the best of many: each of the headphones is powered by a 10 mm LCS Kevlar Dome driver, complemented by eleven (11) armature drivers manufactured by Knowles (4 pcs.) and Sonion (7 pcs.) The signal for them is divided in a six-way crossover.

All of this diversity is encapsulated in a durable and lightweight low-resonance titanium alloy body, which Letshuoer says is the result of research into “the shape of a thousand ears.” Naturally, the manufacturer also spoke about the laborious development of the entire new product, followed by many hours of testing.

As a result, a distortion factor below 1% and a sensitivity above 110 dB are promised – this is in the range of 20 Hz – 30 kHz. The headphone impedance is more than democratic – 16 ohms: they are quite capable of making friends with any, even not very powerful source.

Letshuoer Cadenza 12 is equipped with a braided cable made of 204 strands of monocrystalline copper and silver with a purity of 6N. This option was chosen because of the extremely low impedance. Adapters for various connectors are included with the cable: balanced 2.5 and 4.4 mm (c), unbalanced 3.5 mm. In addition, nine pairs of ear tips, a box for headphones and accessories, and a leather case for the headphones themselves are included with the Cadenza 12. It will be possible to buy all this already in March 2023 on the manufacturer’s website or on Amazon.

The Letshuoer Cadenza 12 headphones are priced at $2,299 in the US.
